Litigation Attorney (FCRA) | Law Firm | Remote | #
Republican Jobs is leading the search for a skilled litigation attorney with a strong background in plaintiff-side Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) class action litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience representing consumers in complex class actions involving credit reporting agencies, background screening companies, and systemic FCRA violations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent plaintiffs in FCRA class action litigation from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.
Manage all phases of complex litigation, including certification and settlement approval.
Coordinate with experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to strengthen case strategy.
Stay current on FCRA class action case law and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
Minimum of 4 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, FCRA class actions required.
Strong knowledge of FCRA compliance, certification standards, and plaintiff procedures.
Demonstrated experience handling complex or high-volume class action matters.
Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
Compensation:
Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000 (DOE)
