As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
4+ years' experience in Litigation.
Manage various litigation cases - general liability, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
Admitted to practice in the state of California.
