Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Litigation Career Associate specializing in E-Discovery to join their team in Wheeling, WV. Remote work arrangements will be considered. This role offers an alternative to the partner track, providing opportunities for substantive legal work with a lower annual time commitment.
Duties
Provide general case team support.
Conduct strong legal research.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
Handle discovery tasks, including e-discovery.
Manage cases and projects effectively.
Prepare for depositions and trials.
Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
7+ years of civil litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials and a writing sample.
Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
Certifications
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
