Vernis & Bowling’s North Miami office is expanding its D&O, E&O, and Employment Defense team. We are looking for a5+ year Civil Litigation Associate ready to take the lead on complex files alongside Department Managing Attorney Evelyn Greenstone Kammet.

Compensation & Expectations: Competitive base salary commensurate with your experience and the Miami market. The position carries a 2,000-hour minimum billable expectation, accompanied by a bonus structure for higher billing.

Who We Are Looking for:
5+ years of civil litigation experience (E&O, D&O, or Employment law strongly preferred, but any civil litigation defense experience will be considered).
Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Looking for a long-term, in-person home to build your practice and your skills alongside a dedicated team.
