Job description

Checkr, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Litigation & Employment Counsel to lead litigation efforts in state and federal courts and advise People/HR on employment matters. You will work cross-functionally to manage risk and align with fairness goals.

You will partner with external counsel to implement effective strategies and provide compliance guidance to operations teams. A JD and CA bar are required, with 5+ years of relevant experience and an interest in AI-driven solutions.
