$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team in Beverly Hills .
This role is fully onsite.
Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000
Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support to legal team
Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents
Assist attorneys with conflicts checks and opening new matters
E-file with state and federal courts
Prepare TOCs/TOAs
Prepare expense reports
Communicate with clients and team members
Maintain/organize files
Manage calendars
Work closely with attorneys and paralegal in preparing for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Plus additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 year of Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant experience
Litigation experience in California state and federal courts
Experience with Microsoft Office, CompuLaw and/or Milana
Trial experience preferred
Excellent verbal, spelling, and written communication skills
High Attention to Detail
