JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves working directly with attorneys on litigation related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial machinery, and construction equipment.
Responsibilities include preparing drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions, and maintaining direct contact with outside, third-party distributors to obtain records and coordinate inspections. xhqgsiq
Additional tasks include preparing medical records summaries and chronologies, organizing and preparing deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries, preparing case files for expert and corporate witness depositions, tracking and managing discovery, including the preparation and service of document productions, and participating in litigation strategy meetings.
