Job description
We’re partnering with a growing litigation firm in Houston seeking attorneys with experience in general liability, transportation, premises, or construction litigation.
nThis role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution.
nResponsibilities include:
n• Depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
n• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
n• Direct interaction with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
n• Managing an active litigation caseload independently
nQualifications:
n• 2+ years of litigation experience
n• Experience within general liability, transportation, premises, or construction matters preferred
n• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
n• Licensed in Texas or Louisiana
