Description
At Rocket Farm Restaurants, the core philosophy that defines our culture is, "We serve the person who is serving the guest." Our culture isn't something we act out only on the restaurant floor—it begins with how we treat one another in the kitchen, with dignity, respect, and care. We believe there should be no difference between how we serve our teammates and how we serve our guests. If that philosophy resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is Superica's younger sister, featuring wood-roasted chicken al carbon as its signature dish in a vibrant, ultra-casual setting.

They lead by example, develop future leaders, and create an educational, collaborative environment where both team members and guests thrive.
