Job description
KOCH FOODS is seeking a Live Haul/Truck Shop Supervisor to oversee fleet and live haul operations supporting our integrated poultry processing facility. In this on-site role, you will lead drivers and shop technicians, coordinate truck and trailer maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant transport of live birds to the plant. Responsibilities include scheduling and prioritizing repairs, managing preventive maintenance, enforcing DOT and OSHA regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will promote a safety-first culture, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement to keep production and logistics running reliably.
