Live-In Caregiver (Rotating Schedule 2-3 Consecutive Shifts) – Huntsville, TXWe are seeking three reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide care for a client in Huntsville, TX. This position follows a consistent rotating live-in schedule, allowing each caregiver to work approximately 2–3 consecutive days before handing off care to the next team member.This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who enjoy providing one-on-one care in a home setting while benefiting from a predictable, recurring schedule.Position HighlightsConsistent live-in rotating scheduleOne-on-one care for a single clientSupportive agency and care coordinationPrivate sleeping accommodationsMeals provided during each live-in shiftRotating Caregiver ScheduleCaregiver #1Friday 7:00 PM – Sunday 7:00 PMPaid for 24 hours (weekend rate)5-hour overnight rest period 8 per shiftCaregiver #2Sunday 7:00 PM – Wednesday 7:00 AMPaid for 24 regular hours5-hour overnight rest period 8 per shiftCaregiver #3Wednesday 7:00 AM – Friday 7:00 PMPaid for 24 regular hours5-hour overnight rest period 8 per shiftThe schedule repeats each week, providing consistency for both the client and caregivers.Live-In AccommodationsDuring each live-in rotation, the caregiver will be provided with:A private bedroom for sleeping (not a shared sleeping area)Access to a private or shared bathroomAll meals while on dutyThe client pays for all food. Caregivers will enjoy the same meals that are prepared for the client, so there is no cost for meals during the live-in shift.ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)Prepare meals and assist with feeding as neededProvide companionship and emotional supportPerform light housekeeping related to the client's careRemind the client about medications (if permitted by agency policy)Monitor and report changes in the client's conditionEnsure a smooth and thorough handoff to the next caregiver at the end of each rotationQualificationsPrevious caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, dependable, and professionalValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass a background checkMust be authorized to work in the United StatesLocationHuntsville, TXScheduleRotating live-in schedule as outlined above.PayCompetitive hourly pay based on experience.If you are looking for a predictable schedule and enjoy building a meaningful relationship while providing compassionate one-on-one care, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to join our caregiving team!
