Live-in Caregivers NeededInterviewing for live-in caregivers for clients in Montgomery County. Must have at least two years of prior live-in experience. Must be able to drive client to appointments. We are looking for caregivers who can take on full time live-in cases and caregivers who can substitute for other caregivers who need time off.Many of our clients need personal care assistance or assistance getting in and out of their bed or wheelchair.We offer:The most competitive pay in the Philadelphia area with multiple bonus opportunities.Round the clock team support from health care experts.Work one-on-one with clients in their home.We're looking for the best – here's what we'd like to see:Past experience as a live in caregiver, at least two years live-in experience required.A passion for the job and helping others.A reliable car, valid driver's license and insurance.Ability to pass a background check.Excellent references from past employers and supervisors. A hunger to learn how to best care for your client.Job Duties:Assist elderly client with daily living activities.Must be able to cook.Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.Going on walks, taking client on outings, engaging client in memory activitiesLight housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation and laundry as neededIn-person interviews are required.
