Now Hiring: Live-In Caregiver (Female Preferred) – Non-Medical Home CareAre you a compassionate, dependable, and engaging caregiver who enjoys helping seniors live fulfilling, independent lives? We are seeking an exceptionallive-in caregiverto provide non-medical, one-on-one support for a client in a senior living community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, and committed to making a meaningful difference every day.ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and organization.Transport the client to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.Encourage and motivate the client to participate in activities and social events offered within the senior living community.Build a positive, trusting relationship while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.Maintain clear communication with the care team and family as appropriate.QualificationsPrevious caregiving experience is strongly preferred, especially experience assisting with ADLs and IADLs.Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance is required.Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.Friendly, personable, and patient with excellent communication skills.Self-motivated and proactive in keeping the client engaged, active, and socially connected.Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times.Our Ideal Caregiver We're looking for someone who is more than just a caregiver—we're looking for a companion who brings warmth, positivity, and encouragement into someone's daily life.
