If you take pride in creating a warm, organized, and safe environment while delivering top-tier personalized care, this position offers the ideal blend of autonomy, professional respect, and support.Why Join A Place at Home?Work-Life Balance & Support: Enjoy predictable coverage with designated daily overnight relief shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and additional coverage as needed so you can recharge.Supportive Team Environment: You are never alone—our support team is always just a phone call away.Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive pay rates with bonuses!Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Live-In Caregiver and House Manager, you will oversee day-to-day care and maintain a peaceful home environment for our client:Personalized Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Health & Medication Management: Administer timely medication reminders and monitor general health and well-being.House Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe living space through light housekeeping, laundry management, and meal planning/preparation.Companionship & Engagement: Build a meaningful relationship through conversation, engaging activities, and emotional support.Clinical Collaboration: Maintain accurate daily care logs and communicate proactively with our 24/7 clinical management team and client family members.Schedule OverviewActive Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PMOvernight Relief: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Dedicated relief caregiver provided overnight)Flexibility: Additional relief coverage and shift flexibility available to support candidate scheduling needs.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of professional live-in or senior caregiving experience (House Management or Private Duty experience strongly preferred).Skills: Strong organizational skills, self-direction, and a warm, compassionate demeanor.Reliability: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.Certifications: CNA or HHA certification is a plus (but proven hands-on experience is valued).Ready to Make a Difference?
