Senior Helpers culture is based on strong core values, recognition of achievements and respect.Urgent Position Available:Live-In CaregiversJob Summary:As a Live-In Private Duty Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure a clean, healthy environment — all while living on-site during your scheduled shifts.Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly clients in their homesAssist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting etc.Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeepingOffer companionship, engage in activities, and provide emotional supportMonitor and document changes in clients’ health or behaviorFollow individualized care plans and communicate with care teamsMaintain a safe, supportive living space for clientsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred (live-in experience a plus)Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong communication skillsAbility to pass a background checkCNA or HHA certification a plus, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Daily pay starting $230/dayFree room and board while on assignmentFlexible live-in shift schedules (2 to 7 days available)Long-term and consistent assignmentsPaid training and ongoing supportIf you’re a kind, reliable caregiver looking for meaningful, steady work — and a home-like environment where you’re appreciated — we’d love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state
