Responsible RecruiterComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their team in Burlington and Camden County, NJ. If you have a passion for helping others and a commitment to quality care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide live-in personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortMonitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staffPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errandsAdminister medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certificationProvide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-beingFollow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionalsRequirements:Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification requiredPrior experience in home health care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferredAbility to live on-site with the client for scheduled shiftsStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clientsReliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethicValid ID and ability to pass a background checkAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden has been a trusted provider of in-home care services, helping clients throughout the Cinnaminson, NJ area live their best lives at home.
