Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students.
Develop a family-like environment, follow a nine-on, three-off schedule, and eventually transition to a placed houseparent with housing, meals, benefits, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
