Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The position places two spouses in a single student home, caring for 8–13 students and providing daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship.
Responsibilities include managing routines and schedules, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and ensuring student health and safety.
