Job description
Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. The role includes supervision, mentorship, and guiding 8–13 students daily to support their academic, emotional, and social growth.
Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-driving certification potential. A rewarding career with housing and benefits is offered.
