Job description
Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking two married individuals to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for about 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment.
Initially, Flex Houseparents support multiple homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with potential progression to a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Training and relocation assistance are provided.
