Job description
The Arc Lexington, through its Transitions program, seeks a Peer Mentor II to support high school graduates and young adults with autism in developing independence. You will host a live-in schedule, assisting students with daily routines, study skills, and personal growth.
Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, providing guidance on life skills, and helping students reach personal goals in a supportive residential setting.
