Job description
Saint Mary’s College is seeking a Residence Hall Director for a full-time, 12-month, live-in role to lead community development, student well-being, and housing operations. You will supervise 10–18 Resident Assistants, mentor staff, and coordinate programs that align with the College’s Catholic mission.
In this role you’ll manage summer housing, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with campus partners to foster belonging and student success in a residential learning environment.
