Job description
InReach is seeking a Residential Manager for a live-in role at a Wingate, NC home. You will supervise 5-6 residents with I/DD, train them in daily living skills, and oversee 3-4 part-time staff. The job requires staying overnight Sunday to Thursday and using the home address on your license.
You will manage budgets, meals, transportation, healthcare, and recreational activities, ensuring safety and quality care.
