Job description
Fairgrove Property Management seeks an Onsite Manager for a 16-unit residential community in Southern California. This part-time role (10–15 hours per week) covers leasing, resident services, vendor coordination and daily property operations with a focus on professional, courteous service.
You must live on-site and provide excellent communication. Experience with AppFolio and MS Office is preferred; weekends availability is required. On-site housing is available for the right candidate.
