Job description
VCU Health operates a specialized Liver Transplant and Transplant Hepatology unit with 24 beds and 24/7 in-house provider coverage. Nurses work with 1:3 and 1:4 ratios according to patient complexity and must maintain Virginia RN licensure, along with ongoing BSN progress where required by policy.
Clinical Nurse I–III tracks include structured education, experience milestones, and possible specialty certification.
