Jackson Physician Search seeks a Medical Director to lead and shape a premier liver transplant program in Northern Louisiana, serving as the dominant referral center within a 200-mile radius. The role includes a fully supported surgical team, strong autonomy, and lifestyle flexibility built into the position.
The Medical Director will create clinical protocols, spearhead quality initiatives for growth, ensure UNOS/OPTN compliance, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-transplant hepatology
