Job description
Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Transplant Outpatient Team. This full-time position focuses on the ongoing management and coordination of care for liver transplant patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, and comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy while managing complex transplant patients.
