Northwestern Medicine’s Living Room program seeks a Manager Behavioral Health-Crisis Continuum of Care in DeKalb, IL. This leadership role oversees crisis stabilization services, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality and access to ongoing behavioral health care.
The Living Room operates 24/7 with a focus on trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, staff development, and community partnerships to improve guest outcomes and system-wide crisis responses.
