LMFT/LCSW Opportunity
Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit mental health hospital. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time LMFT/LCSW to join the team in Rancho Mirage, CA. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care through individual, group, couples, and/or family psychotherapy, while managing a clinical caseload and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment in alignment with professional standards.
Position: LMFT
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $43-65/hr (depending upon experience)

Responsibilities:
Follows Code of Conduct and reports any compliance concerns.
Conducts comprehensive evaluations for mental health, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and medical needs.
Performs psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and physical needs.
Identifies and helps remove barriers to care.
Regularly updates treatment plans to support patient progress.
Manages a caseload with varying levels of clinical needs.
Maintains accurate, compliant, and billable documentation.
Collaborates with other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Performs other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
Master's in Marriage Therapy or equivalent
Active California LMFT or LCSW
2+ years of Mental Health experience
Preferred experience in intervention crisis
