POSITION SUMMARY - LMSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES - Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Oregon LMSW
Master's degree
BLS
1+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
Crisis intervention experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8a-4:30p with every other weekend and daily call requirements
SYSTEMS - Epic
START DATE - ASAP
