Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Opportunity at Nashua Post AcuteJoin our team at Nashua Post Acute as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and competitive hourly rates of $20 - $30 per hour (all-inclusive).Enjoy a consistent schedule while supporting residents across different units within our facility. Your scheduled days and hours stay the same, while your assigned unit varies based on staffing needs. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and prevent injury.Change linens and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.Provide compassionate, respectful, and supportive care that promotes resident dignity and independence.Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Assist in ensuring all resident health, safety, and personal care needs are met.Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of New Hampshire required.Ability to care for multiple residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassion.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.Our Core Values in Action:Passion – Providing compassionate, hands-on care that enhances residents' comfort and quality of life.Respect – Treating every resident with dignity, kindness, and empathy in every interaction.Excellence – Delivering dependable, high-quality care that supports the health, safety, and well-being of every resident.Benefits for LNAs:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeShift differentialsCompany sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Nashua Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 292-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
