n nLNA Position Overview:
nAs aLicensed Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personal and clinical care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This role is key to maintaining both the physical comfort and emotional well-being of our residents.
nAvailable Shifts:
nnnDays:6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
n
nnEvenings:2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n
nnNights:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
n
n nShifts available forFull-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diemroles.
nRequirements:
nnnActiveLNA licensein the state of Vermont (or reciprocity)

nResponsibilities
nnnAnswers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
n
nnAssists resident with turning and positioning in bed
n
nnAssists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
n
nnTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
n
nnConducts LNA job responsibilities in accordance
n
nnAttends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident’s plans of care and documents restorative services provided
n
nnPerforms other tasks as assigned.
n
n nQualifications
nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
n
nnValid certification as a Licensed nursing Assistant LNA in the state of employment.
n
nnSix months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
n
nnAbility to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
n
nnAbility to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
n
nnDisplays responsibility by taking ownership of quality care.
n
nnThis position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
