Job description
Crestwood Health Care Center, part of AMA-LTC, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 138-bed skilled nursing facility in Missouri. You will partner with nursing leadership to meet clinical, regulatory, and financial goals, while developing a high-performing team and a culture of resident-centered care.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive leadership, experience with complex medical needs, and a strong grasp of CMS regulations.
