Job description
Longterm Health Management Services in the Toledo, Ohio area seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of a skilled nursing facility. You will drive resident care quality, regulatory compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to managers and staff, manage budgets and occupancy goals, and oversee QAPI initiatives while preparing for surveys.
