Full-time
$125,000-$140,000 plus
Monthly Performance BONUS

About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at our 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will oversee all administrative and clinical functions within the facility, including developing and implementing facility management systems, administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care, financial management of the facility, and maintenance of budget and census development.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all administrative and clinical functions within the facility
Develop and implement facility management systems
Administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care
Financial management of the facility
Maintain budget and census development
Ensure facility compliance with all federal, state, and corporate regulations and policies
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Current NYS Nursing Home Administrators license in good standing
Experience in the management of a long-term care facility
Strong team building skills
