Loadbanks AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Loadbanks Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company located in Faribault, MN. Read below for more information!Build and assemble electromechanical components according to engineering prints and specificationsMount devices, complete wiring, and perform OHM testing to verify proper assemblyRead and interpret bills of materials, schematics, diagrams, and work instructionsPerform in-process quality checks and escalate nonconformance issues as neededFollow work orders to produce parts within required quantities and specificationsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentComplete required documentation to support production and compliance processesAssist with additional duties and projects to support assembly operationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and electrical schematicsAbility to safely operate equipment and inspect finished componentsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodationsProficiency with hand and power toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skillsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
