Fill in at several operations as needed due to workload, vacations, or employee leaves. This position involves the maintenance and operation of conveyor, screening and crushing equipment, and the operation of a front-end loader, for the purpose of loading aggregate materials.RequirementsExamines parts for damage or excessive wearCleaning material from cars that are being returnedChecking material being loaded for qualityBeing able to retrieve and write car numbers down accuratelyShoveling and cleaningLoad haul trucks, load customer trucks, feed portable plant, stockpile and load binsOperate haul truck and water truckKnowledge of mining equipment and their usesKnowledge of aggregate sizes and classificationsPerform work associated with maintenance and loader operation to the highest safety standards.Maintain reliable attendance, meet company standards, and maintain a positive attitude.Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruction, and in some cases, will be expected to be performed free from direct supervision without a compromise or sacrifice to safety, and without sacrifice to, quality of work tasks.The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.This position will be night shift, 12 hours shifts, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Education/ExperienceHigh school education or GED preferred but not requiredWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
