Loader OperatorMontana Materials & Construction, A CRH Company, is a leading supplier of aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mixed concrete in Anaconda, Butte, Great Falls and Helena, MT. In this role, you'll operate a loader to ensure proper supply of materials to the asphalt plant, trucks, and other assigned areas, playing an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built. Minimum Requirements:Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance and punctuality.Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment-controlled substance testing.Demonstrates the ability to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT and all other company or state rules and regulations.Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.Valid Drivers License PreferredRequirements:Mechanical skills including knowledge of machines, tools, equipment, mechanic's hand tools, power tools, welding and cutting equipment, lubricating tools, hoists, cranes, service trucks, electrical testing, and mechanical troubleshooting.Previous asphalt production and/or production related experience preferred.Previous equipment operation experience highly preferred.Work Environment:Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions and vibration.The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Primarily work 10-16 hours per day 5-7 days per week during the peak season, occasional night work.About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
