The hourly pay rate is dependent on experience.What You'll DoOperate loader equipment safely under the direction of the supervisorAssist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials using loader bucket or forksTransport and dump bedding and backfill material into trenchesRecognize hazardous conditions and immediately report them to the supervisorLoad trucks safely and efficientlyCommunicate clearly with other crew members using verbal and non-verbal hand signals while operating equipmentWork days, nights, and weekends as requiredFollow all required safety rules, policies, and guidelinesPerform other labor-related duties as assigned by the supervisorThis job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
