Job description
Commercial Real Estate Loan AdministratorPerform loan administration duties for commercial real estate loans as well as the general enforcement of loan documents on behalf of the lender. Support the functions of Document Administration, New Loan Set-up, Tax and Insurance Administration and Customer Service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.The imaging and retention of loan documents, front end processing of incoming mail and email through various sources and the administration of line of business (LOB) imaging and workflow systemsThe paying of real estate tax bills and/or monitoring the payment of real estate tax bills by the borrowers on commercial loansThe monitoring and review of property insurance coverages along with the paying of insurance premiums for escrowed loans on commercial loansNew loan boarding, release/satisfaction of loan documents, UCC administration and customer service inquiries.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related trainingGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to efficiently and consistently produce accurate workGood organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task in a high-paced environment with heavy interaction with borrowersAbility to work in both a team or individual environmentDemonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software productsAbility to travel, occasionally overnightPreferred Qualifications:Mortgage Banking experienceKnowledge of commercial loan servicing
