Lendmarq is a direct real estate lender providing specialty bridge and term loan products to residential real estate investors throughout the country. Our company is headquartered in Miami, FL with offices in Westport, CT, and NYC.
We specialize in providing business-purpose mortgage loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties. We offer fix/flip, bridge loans, ground-up construction, and long-term rental financing. About The Role:
Lendmarq, a leading private real estate lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking experienced Loan Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting individual investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects. This includes bridge loans, fix and flip projects, DSCR loans, multifamily properties, and ground-up construction loans. The Loan Advisor will be expected to adhere to the company's guidelines, policies, and procedures and exhibit the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of the business.
*This role is onsite at our offices in Miami (FL), or Westport (CT)*
What You'll Do:
Direct consultation with investors and borrowers to determine suitable loan products for their business-purpose real estate projects.
Thorough analysis of financial data and investment plans to recommend the most appropriate lending solutions.
Guide clients through the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction.
Build a network of real estate investors and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in investment property lending.
Qualifications: Proven experience in mortgage lending, particularly in investment property financing.
Strong knowledge of various real estate investment loan products.
Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and financing strategies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
