Duties include but are not limited to, processing ACHs and AFTs, managing titles, filing and maintaining GAP claims, creating termination statements, and running various reports.Duties of a Loan AssistantTitle trackingProcessing checks and balance bills with general ledger accountsWork with insurance companies on total losses and provide 10 day payoffs and any other required documentation.Create and mail monthly letters to members regarding their insuranceTake over the phone paymentsAnswer loan phone line, check voicemails and send messages to the appropriate staff to resolve member issuesProvide back up support for our Visa departmentPrinting, processing and maintaining various loan department reportsVerify and process multiple different types of loan paymentsCertifications: Credit Life and Credit Disability Insurance as well as Financial Counseling.
