Job description
Job TitlePromotes and cross-sells all products and services with a broad knowledge of bank offerings, and maintaining and servicing customer accounts.Assists loan officers with administrative requests and clerical duties.Assists with the collection of documentation and processing of loans- checklist, doc sheets, GEO codes, NAICS codes, etc.Assists in production of documents on new, extensions / modifications and renewals of loans.Assists with pre-closing and closing tasks.Organizes loans for customer signature and loan processing.Reviews loans for documentation errors before closing.Sets up loan files, collects and reviews documents.Communicates effectively with customers, real estate agents, insurance agents, and attorneys related to loan – face to face interaction, written correspondence, telephone, as well as e-mail contact.Requests title work from attorneys.Requests insurance documentation from insurance agents.Addresses client issues – account questions, researching and resolving problems identified by customers.Pulls credit reports on customers if needed.Pulls SC Secretary of State pages, flood certificates, car fax reports, etc.Prepares loan payment tickets, wire transfers, account transfers.Works portfolios on an ongoing basis for insurance, documentation, compliance, and financial statements/tax returns exceptions.Prints and provides past due, exceptions, insurance exceptions and future maturity reports for officers.Creates new CIF's for new customers in system if needed.Notarizes documents.Assists with other duties or projects assigned by supervisor.QualificationsBehaviorsRequiredTeam PlayerWorks well as a member of a groupDetail OrientedCapable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
