Responsibilities: • • Assist loan officers in managing and processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status. • Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing. • Maintain organized and detailed records of loan files, adhering to data security protocols. • Support loan officers in preparing and reviewing loan documents for compliance and accuracy. • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and drive future business. • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan applications to ensure seamless processing and approval. Qualifications: • • Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field, ensuring you understand the nuances of loan processing. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with loan processing software and tools, enabling you to navigate systems with ease. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols, ensuring client information is protected. • Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to proactively identify and resolve issues in loan applications. • Experience in preparing and reviewing loan documents for compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Compensation: $47,500 yearly + Commissions
