Loan Operations RepresentativeThe Merrimack is seeking a full-time Loan Operations Representative to join our team at our Foundry office in Concord, NH. In this role, you will support accurate, timely, and service-focused loan servicing for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp and its affiliate organizations, including The Merrimack, MVSB, and Savings Bank of Walpole.Why You'll Love Working HereIn addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both personally and professionally. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a supportive team that values the work you do every day.What They'll DoProvide accurate and timely support for residential, consumer, and commercial loan servicing, with a heavy focus on escrowReview new loans for escrow, process escrow only payments, complete escrow disbursements, track real estate tax billed amounts and insurance coverages, and complete escrow related loan maintenance, to include escrow analysisDeliver quality service to internal and external customers by responding professionally and following established proceduresReview loan escrow statements, notices, and imaged loan documents as neededProcess PMI-related activity and make recommendations for cancellation of coverage when appropriateWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of loan servicing processes, operational controls, and related loan regulations, escrow servicing knowledge a plusStrong customer service, communication, and follow-through skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExperience using Microsoft Office products and core operating systems; Jack Henry Silverlake experience preferredWhy Join UsAt The Merrimack, we are committed to building genuine relationships through exceptional customer service, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
