Loan Operations Senior Supervisor Bilingual Chinese

Salary: $75000 – $90000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Department Manager with daily operational functions and departmental administration.
Supervise Loan Operations staff and workflow in the Manager's absence.
Train new employees and cross-train backup team members.
Perform escrow analysis and administration, including to ensure the timely and accurate disbursement of property taxes and insurance premiums, reconciling escrow accounts, resolving escrow-related exceptions, and maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Prepare/reconcile month-end reporting, including mortgage and Fannie Mae reporting requirements.
Review incoming correspondence and loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with Head Office on core system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
Process loan transactions, maintain loan records and files.
Respond to inquiries regarding syndicated loans from business teams and agent banks.
Process Treasury Operations transactions
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
Five to seven years of related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual (English/Chinese) skills.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and memoranda.
This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Employer sponsorship is not available.
