What You'll Do
Support Loan Officers throughout the loan process
Communicate directly with borrowers regarding documentation and loan updates
Review and organize income, asset, and credit documents
Prepare loan applications and maintain file accuracy
Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers
Help ensure smooth and timely closings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan journey
Qualifications
Mortgage experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Customer-service mindset
LOS experience preferred
NMLS license is a plus
