Loan Processing AssociateLoan Processing Associate Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete the order services process, including requesting, reviewing, and verifying loan processing documents such as title and insurance.Clear loan processing conditions within the loan operating system, including insurance, collateral, disclosure, and title items.Review title and insurance documents to ensure they meet brokerage guidelines.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external business partners regarding documentation, timelines, and lender-side conditions such as title, appraisal, and HOI.Monitor personal loan pipeline and collaborate with Mortgage Specialists and internal partners to ensure loan cycle times meet client expectations.Monitor loan progress through closing and ensure required documents remain current.Work independently to proactively identify issues, solve problems, and execute tasks effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required.Proven track record of quality loan production while managing a large client base.Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet closing deadlines.Strong customer service focus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.High school diploma or equivalent required.Desired SkillsDemonstrated ability to meet individual and organizational goals in a production-driven environment.Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
