Experienced Mortgage Loan ProcessorReliance First Capital, a dynamic and leading mortgage banker, is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor to join our organization.Position OverviewThe loan processor will work in support of and in conjunction with the sales and underwriting staff, acting as a liaison to ensure accurate and compliant documents are processed from loan submission through the funding process.Essential Job FunctionsVerify data entry of application in LOS against submitted documentationVerify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelinesRun AUS (DO, DU or LP)Request third party stips as requiredOrder FHA case number, CAIVRS, LDP/GSA searches through FHA ConnectionOrder flood certOrder title/tax cert/surveyOrder payoff, pay histories, VOR/VOM as neededOrder subordination of mortgage as neededVerify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correctReview appraisal against title for accuracy of property descriptionReview title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/liensVerify real estate taxes are paid to date. Update aggregate escrows for both taxes and insuranceVerify hazard insurance is paid in full and adequately covers the loan amountWork with post closing department to resolve any funding issuesRequirementsStrong knowledge of DU/LPKnowledge of government programs: conforming, FHA, Fannie Mae, VAExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical skills, detail orientedCustomer service orientedConfidential and reliableWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and ExcelIdentify and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerAbility to learn and adapt quickly to system updatesWe offerCompetitive salary PLUS monthly bonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid life insurancePaid vacation, and holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer
