This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced lending environment and is passionate about helping borrowers achieve their homeownership goals.Our client is seeking a highly organized Mortgage Loan Processor who can effectively manage loan files from application through underwriting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify mortgage loan application documents for accuracy, completeness, and complianceCollect, analyze, and organize borrower financial documentation, including income, assets, credit reports, and supporting recordsCommunicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan processPrepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting reviewMonitor loan progress and proactively address documentation or condition requirementsProvide timely updates to borrowers and internal teams regarding loan statusEnsure all files adhere to federal, state, investor, and company lending guidelinesMaintain accuracy and meet processing deadlines in a high-volume environmentQualificationsPrevious experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a related mortgage lending roleStrong understanding of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and loan documentationExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlinesProficiency with mortgage loan origination and processing systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are a plusWhat Our Client OffersOpportunity to join a stable and growing mortgage companyCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesThe ability to make a direct impact on the customer home financing experience
